rachel3 Rachel C. Kilpatrick, Founder and Master Physical Therapist

Rachel has an extensive background in pilates-based physical therapy and is recognized and respected by physicians across both Los Angeles and Atlanta, such as orthopedic surgeon Dr. Scott Baden, for whom she consults on acute therapy conditions. Rachel received her masters degree in physical therapy from Medical College of Georgia. Rachel is a certified pilates instructor and a certified instructors’ trainer.  She feels pilates helps clients reach new heights with therapy as it assists in creating stability through strengthening the core and postural stabilizers which keeps injuries at bay.



rachel3Toni Allison, PT, DPT

Toni graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic, outpatient aquatic, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and assisted living settings, and has developed strong interests in Pilates-based physical therapy, geriatrics, and manual therapy. She is strongly committed to quality patient care and learning more about her patients. Toni is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia. She enjoys staying physically fit and spending time with her husband and friends. Prior to her career as a physical therapist, Toni attended Georgia State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Blair Holliday
Blair graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Her clinical graduate experience included an orthopedic clinic which specialized in spine and sacroiliac dysfunction, acute care facility in Georgia and Vermont, as well as home health. Upon graduation she began her career with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta working on the comprehensive intensive rehabilitation unit at Scottish Rite. She also worked with a home health company where she treated patients in their home to help with specific functional training. She has spent the last three years at the Shepherd Center working throughout the rehab center in both spinal cord and brain injury unit. She is certified in Neuro-Development Treatment which has advanced her skills for postural assessment and gait analysis. Guided by her passion for fitness and healthcare prevention she has joined our team to integrate pilates into her rehabilitation method.

Courtney has over 11 years experience with Pilates mat and Apparatus instruction. She is Power Pilates trained and PMA Certified. Courtney is also Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health & Fitness instructor. She is experienced with wieght management, endurance, and strength building programs and loves working with obese, pregnant, and post-partum clients. Courtney earned a Master's degree in Excercise Science from Georgia State University.
